Week of March 5

All of the beam calculation packets (3.2.6 and 3.2.7) are due no later than Tuesday.  This week, you will do some research in to foundations and utilities for commercial buildings (the Keystone Library).  
 
Samsung Visit 

I have tentatively scheduled our visit to Samsung for this year for March 20, the Tuesday after spring break.  Any student interested MUST sign up here.  I will not accept verbal requests.  Also note that we have limited spaces, so students will be selected based on academics and your interest in high-tech engineering careers. Also, those of  you who did attend last year will not be able to attend so that we can spread around the opportunity.

I doubt that I have to remind you, but next week is spring break (March 10 - 18).
